Privacy policy
For the purposes of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 PARKUNLOAD SL, hereinafter the RESPONSIBLE PARTY, with Registration and VAT number ESB67078105 informs the User that your personal data will be processed in order to provide you with the requested services and to send you information about our company that may be of interest to you. Specifically, we will use the information we collect about you for the following purposes:
Marketing/Promotion.
Support.
Except where there is a legal obligation, if your personal information is required to be used for any other purpose, you will be asked for your consent beforehand.
Sending and recording personal data
The following personal data will be collected and processed:
First name and surname.
Email address.
Mobile and/or landline phone number.
Sending personal data is mandatory to contact and receive information about the services provided by the RESPONSIBLE. Likewise, failure to provide the personal data requested or not accepting this data protection policy means the impossibility of subscribing, registering or receiving information about these services.
When personal data are obtained from the User through electronic communications networks or in the framework of the provision of an information society service, as well as in those other cases expressly established by law or when authorised by the Spanish Data Protection Agency, the data controller may comply with the duty of information established in article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 by providing the affected party with at least the following basic information:
a) The identity of the data controller and of its representative, if applicable.
b) The purpose of the processing.
c) The manner in which the data are processed.
c) The manner in which the data subject may exercise the rights provided for in Articles 15 in 22 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Even so, controllers and processors or, where applicable, their representatives shall be required to keep the register of processing activities referred to in Article 30 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, unless the undertaking or organisation employs fewer than 250 persons, with the exception that the processing carried out by it is likely to result in a risk to the rights and freedoms of data subjects, is not occasional, or involves special categories of personal data referred to in Article 9(1) or personal data relating to criminal convictions and offences referred to in Article 10 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
Finally, Article 5(1)(f) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 determines the need to establish appropriate security safeguards against unauthorised or unlawful processing, against loss of personal data, accidental destruction or damage. This implies the establishment of technical and organisational measures aimed at ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of personal data and the possibility (Article 5(2)) to demonstrate that these measures have been brought into practice (proactive accountability).
Accuracy and truthfulness of the data provided
The User who sends the information to the RESPONSIBLE is solely responsible for the veracity and correctness of the data included, exonerating the RESPONSIBLE from any liability in this regard.
Users guarantee and are responsible, in any case, for the accuracy, validity and authenticity of the personal data provided, and undertake to keep them duly updated. The User agrees to provide complete and correct information in the registration or subscription form.
The RESPONSIBILITY LIABILITY NOTE is not responsible for the veracity of the information that is not of its own elaboration and of which another source is indicated, for which reason it does not assume any responsibility for hypothetical damages that may arise from the use of this information. The RESPONSIBLE is exonerated from liability for any loss or damage that the User may suffer as a result of errors, defects or omissions in the information provided by the RESPONSIBLE, provided that it comes from sources outside the RESPONSIBLE.
Transfer of data to third parties
The RESPONSIBLE will not transfer personal data to third parties. However, in the case of being transferred to any third party there would be a prior information applicant the express consent of the affected under Article 4.11 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of 27 April 2016.
In relation to the above, we will not transfer your personal data to any third party without first seeking your consent, except in limited circumstances as described below:
Analytics. The CONTROLLER needs these third parties to use the personal information it transfers to them only for an analytical purpose that will not be retained longer than is necessary to fulfill this purpose.
However, it is possible that your personal data may be disclosed for the following reasons:
To comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or other legal processes
To enforce your agreements with us, including this Privacy Policy.
Respond to complaints about your use of the Service if it infringes any third party rights. In the event that the Service or RESPONSOR merges with or is acquired by another company, your personal information will be one of the assets that is transferred to the new owner. However, in this case you would receive prior notice from the new RESPONSIBILITY.
Data retention
The RESPONSIBILITY will retain your personal information for a maximum period of 90 days to 2 years after users terminate their accounts or for as long as the RESPONSIBILITY needs to fulfil the purposes for which the personal data was collected as detailed in this Privacy Policy. Certain information may need to be retained for longer periods, such as for registration or reporting under applicable law or for other legitimate reasons such as enforcement of legal rights, fraud prevention, etc. Residual anonymous information and aggregated information, neither of which can identify the User (directly or indirectly), may be stored indefinitely.
Exercise of rights of access, rectification, deletion, limitation, portability and opposition

The User declares to have been informed of the conditions on the protection of personal data, accepting and consenting to the processing of these by the RESPONSIBLE, in the manner and for the purposes indicated in this Personal Data Protection Policy.
Changes to this privacy policy
THE RESPONSIBLE PARTY reserves the right to modify the present policy in order to adapt it to new legislation or jurisprudence, as well as to industry practices. In these cases, the RESPONSIBLE will announce on this page the changes introduced reasonably in advance of their implementation.
* reCAPTCHA
We use the reCAPTCHA service of Google Inc. (Google, hereinafter referred to as “Google”) to protect data submitted through forms on our users’ pages. This service makes it possible to differentiate between data submitted by individuals and automated messages and involves the transmission of the IP address and other data required by Google for the use of the reCAPTCHA service. For this purpose, the data will be transmitted to Google in order to be used. The IP address will be encrypted by Google in member states of the European Union as well as in partner states of the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will IP addresses be transmitted to a Google server in the USA for encryption. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the service. The IP address transmitted by reCAPTCHA will be kept separate from other Google data. Google’s privacy policy applies to this data.
